There are a lot of people out there struggling to keep their current gig teaching experiential team building seminars or getting a foot in the door of their chosen career. Tons of employed, unemployed, students, and retirees looking to get back in the game are competing for the same jobs. That's the danger with supply and demand. When the demand far outweighs the supply those demanding what little there is of the supply will not all get a piece of the pie. It is what it is and there isn't anything we can really do about it.
Sure, if you're having a hard time getting a job you can keep your head down and fill out as many applications as possible and apply to as many places such as landscaping Waterloo or Eugene companies as possible and hope that your hard work in getting a job will pay off. Or you can go back to school and either upgrade your current skill set to attract employers or go into a completely different field than you're currently trying to get employed in hoping that maybe a fresh start will help.
